𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝

On 29 August 2024, in Sierra Leone, the Honourable Minister of Labour and Social Security presented a certificate of participation from the African Union to four members of the ECOWAS Volunteers Programme: Mr Preaches Gbessagee, Mohamed Jalloh, Ms Iris Moiwo, and Ms Ajii Goodness, in recognition of their capacity-building training in establishing and overseeing a national volunteering programme and integrating volunteering into national development initiatives. The event was attended by a range of volunteer organisations, VSOs and public servants. During his remarks, the minister expressed his gratitude to all those present and urged them to commit to personal and community development. #ecowasvolunteerprogramme @ECOWAS Volunteers Programme in Sierra Leone
